Ibanez Custom R8 w/ Bare Knuckle Cold Sweats Distressed Black and Red Satin

This is a custom R8 guitar build and it's so rad! This thing plays and looks amazing!! To build this guitar we tore it down completely and rebuilt it from the ground up. We started with a custom paint job that required a lot of angry painting, sanding, scratching, burning, and other abuse. We then hand brushed the guitar with a lacquer clear coat to accentuate the look. After a brief rest to regain our wits and strength, we dropped in a custom set of Battle Worn Bareknuckle Cold Sweats ,wired it up with CTS pots, and a Bare Knuckle capacitor. We change out the stock hardware for Hipshot Bridge, Sperzel locking tuners, and a Graphtech nut. We leveled and polished the frets for maximum playability. We put a set Ernie Ball 10-74's on it and did a full setup on the guitar setting the action as low as possible with no fret buzz. This guitar plays like a dream! This guitar comes an a roadstar gigbag. You won’t find a better playing guitar in this price range.
