Guitars in the LTD 1000 Series are designed to offer the tone, feel, looks and quality that working professional musicians require in an instrument, and the LTD EC-1000 has consistently ranked among the world’s most popular guitar models for the past 20+ years by delivering the high quality single-cutaway guitar shape designed for serious musicians at a price that everyone can afford. The “T” in the EC-1000T stands for “traditional”, which invokes its full-thickness body with no belly cut, but is chambered for weight relief and comfortable playing during long shows and recording sessions. It has a flamed maple cap on its mahogany body, with a three-piece mahogany neck and Macassar ebony fingerboard. the EC-1000T gets its tone via a set of high-output Seymour Duncan Sentient (neck) and Pegasus (bridge) passive pickups, splittable by a push-pull control, for mind-blowing tones for metal, rock, fusion, progressive, and other genres. It includes flag inlays, full body/neck/headstock binding, and premier components like LTD locking tuners and a TonePros locking TOM bridge and tailpiece. Available in Black Natural Burst finish.
